What is Design-Build construction?
Simply stated, Design-Build is a standard of project delivery in which one entity works under a single contract with a project owner, to provide design and construction services. This provides a unified work from concept through completion. Design-Build has become a significant trend in design and construction in the U.S. over the last 15 years due to its ability to streamline the process.

Holding a vast range of experience, from a 1,000 SF office space to a 40,000 SF mid-box retailer we can accommodate all needs inside and out. That said, our knowledge and capacity also provide for ground-up builds, often with retail pad sites but any fresh dirt will do!
From our St. Cloud office our primary geographic is from the Brainerd Lakes Area to the Twin Cities. We do work throughout the Upper Midwest as well and have licensing / travel capacity within the lower 48 as opportunities arise, most often to serve a single client thru multi-state growth.
While one most often thinks of construction beginning with the steps taken from the approved plans and blueprints, quite the opposite is true. From new construction to altering existing spaces, the proper navigation of existing circumstances combined with the proper identification of all available options make the best solution, a simple decision!

Step One: A coordinated client meeting is planned to conduct a building needs assessment, begin project design and produce a budget/bid.
Step Two:Plans and blueprints are created and client approved.
Step Three: Construction gets underway with regular progress updates straight to the client.
Step Four:Your building is completed and a final walk thru is done.
